My pitch for Platzi BarCamp 2025 focuses on a concept that challenges the traditional mindset: comparing yourself to others is not always bad if you know how to do it. In the tech world, personal comparison is often frowned upon, but I’ve discovered it can be an incredibly powerful tool if you direct it toward the right person: yourself.
By comparing yourself to your past self, you can measure your true professional progress: how you’ve honed your technical skills, acquired new knowledge, and overcome obstacles over time. This approach not only gives you a clearer vision of your evolution but also motivates you to keep improving without falling into the impostor syndrome trap. 🔥
Preparing this pitch for Platzi BarCamp 2025 was an exciting challenge. The most crucial part is still to come: traveling to Mexico or Colombia to present it live. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves… I still have to win the contest! 💪

After an intense week of preparation, today, Friday, April 4th, 2025, my pitch for Platzi BarCamp 2025 was finally published. I can’t describe the excitement I felt seeing it live on the platform, ready to be evaluated by the community and Platzi’s jury. 🎉🙌
